The garden as perfume
We do not scent a mood. We scent a place you can point to on a plan.
A great garden is already a composition: axis, rooms, water, the dark between the trees. Verdigris starts from that plan. The bottle is a bosquet you can carry. The notes are materials that grow, or the stone they grow against.
Restraint is the method. If a garden does not need another statue, a formula does not need another note. What remains should still be recognisable as a walk.
